Dr. Svetlana Tatuskar is presently the Chief Mentor at Kohinoors Global Capability College, Mumbai, India. She comes with 23 years of experience in research, teaching, mentoring and training. She completed her Ph.D in Banking and her Masters in Commerce and is also an Accounting Technician from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Her Ph.D fetched her the Reserve Bank of India (The Central Bank of India) Scholarship for a project on Banking consolidation as well as her PhD received the best PhD award by Prestige Institute of Management, Indore. Dr. Svetlana has published extensively in the areas of banking , mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and wealth management. She has more than 95 Research papers to her credit presented and published at both National and International Journals. She is presently appointed as an Extraordinary Professor at North-West University, South Africa to contribute to Research related engagements at the University. She is a recognized Ph.D guide at University of Mumbai
At the Kohinoor Business School, she is completely responsible for all the International university collaboration, accreditation, social media initiatives, training and consultancy as well academic and non-academic initiatives. Dr. Svetlana is empaneled as a SMART Trainer with Securities Exchange Board of India, the Capital Market regulator in India and has conducted several Financial Literacy Programs. She is also the Vice-President, Maharashtra State for WICCI- Women Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Financial Literacy Council. She has been appointed as an external member with many companies on POSH matters and has given POSH consultancy for the past seven years. She is also a trainer with Institute of Companies Secretaries of India for assignments related to POSH matters both on compliance as well as trainings and certifications for both accomplished professionals as well as students. She is on three Panels of Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) – Industry Academia, Women Empowerment and Skill Development.
Dr. Svetlana is a consultant and academic and financial expert on feasibility analysis at EdCil , which is a Miniratna company under GoI, Ministry of Education. Her consulting activities involve financial feasibility studies and restructuring strategies for variety of universities and companies in India.
Dr. Svetlana is associated as a Trainer with Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), At TISS she is heavily engaged in imparting training to students belonging to humbled homes under the banner of the project of National University Students Skill Development – A Ministry of HRD initiative. She has conducted several training programs for Corporates on ESG, POSH, Wealth Management, Financial Statement Analysis and Restructuring. She has trained employees across large corporate houses like HDFC, Stock Holding Corporation of India, IIBF and many more. She is on the board of studies of B-schools in India. Her hobbies are reading and photography.

She leads the Trust’s 360° finance function spanning institutional budgeting, taxation, audits, project finance, legal compliance, and regulatory coordination—with precision and vision. Before joining KET, Pallavi served as Head of Finance at MET (Mumbai Educational Trust), where she played a pivotal role in shaping the financial and operational framework of one of Mumbai’s premier educational institutions.
A Fellow Chartered Accountant, M.Com graduate, and Cost Accountant (ICWA) professional, she brings a rare blend of financial expertise, leadership, and institutional understanding.
Her role extends beyond numbers, she is a strong advocate of people management, team training, and aligning academic operations with statutory and admission related processes.

Apurva Rajurkar, Head of Global Onboarding Support at Apex, is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in Asset Management, Wealth Management and Retail Banking. With strong expertise over Project Management and Talent Development, she has played a pivotal role in establishing various functions such as Global Onboarding Support, Client Onboarding (India) and Global KYC. She is passionate about striving for excellence by maintaining high delivery standards.
Indraneil is the Senior Director and Regional Head of Operations for TA India, APAC, Middle East, and Africa, and also serves as Site Head for Pune East. With over 20 years of distinguished experience in the financial services industry, he has led large-scale operations, product innovation, and transformation initiatives across EMEA and Asia Pacific. His global leadership journey spans India, Ireland, Hong Kong, and Singapore, equipping him with deep industry insights and a strategic outlook. Indraneil holds certifications in Product Management, SMU, and Private Equity & Venture Capital from Università Bocconi. His expertise and vision continue to drive growth and success across the business.
Iqbalsingh is a seasoned Manager with over 14 years of experience in Investment banking and Hedge fund operations. His area of specialization includes Valuations control/reporting, Performance attribution, P&L operations, Pricing & Price verification, Project management etc. He has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, and driving positive change. He is currently managing the Market data support & Price verification teams within Middle office functions in Apex Pune & Bangalore locations. Additionally working actively on the ongoing global projects like Bloomberg centralization, Pricing automation, Price verification etc.
Nisheet Jain, Vice President 1 at Apex Fund services, Pune. He manages new funds onboarding, reference data management, corporate actions, trade processing for various hedge funds clients under Trade Operations Team. He has over 14 years of experience and a strong background in Syndicated Bank loan operations, Derivatives & Fixed income product life cycle management along with other Project & Operation management expertise.

His accomplished career at AXA, Deutsche Bank, and 3i Group plc, in collaboration with Infosys Consulting, reflects astute leadership and is instrumental in establishing successful business units and fostering cross-functional teams globally. Ritesh Mehta is Vice President of the Financial Reporting team, bringing over 22 years of experience in financial reporting and legal entity closing. He plays a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across complex reporting processes.
Amit Singh Arora is Vice President of the Centralised Payments team, with 19 years of expertise in banking, cash management, and trade finance. He specialises in international payments, SWIFT messaging, and branch banking operations, driving efficiency and control across global payment processes.
