With over a decade in Education Management, Aditi Gosalia has carved a niche in Corporate Relations, Training, Career Services, and Program Leadership. She is known for designing strategic initiatives that empower and strengthen industry-academia ties, and has trained over 8000 learners and professionals across walks of life so far. Some of her accolades include being awarded as Leader of Change by Star Education Awards, Excellence in Mentorship by Global Eminence Awards, Professional Mentorship for Employability Skills by Asian Council for Education and Research, Change Maker Award – India Education Forum, Making India Employable Conferences and Awards and the recent most being Employability Skills and Value Education Trainer by The Connects on Global C Suite Community Platform. By education, she holds a PGDM in HR, PG in Educational Leadership and a PG in Training and Development. As a certified Life Coach, she works closely with individuals across crossroads, offering clarity, purpose, and conscious living tools.
Aditi is also the author of an award winning no- fiction book, Let’s Walk Through — a reflective that explores the intersection of person and profession, encouraging readers to embrace both ambition and authenticity.
She is currently serving as Senior Project Manager at Kohinoor’s Global Capability College and is also associated with Kohinoor Management School in the capacity of Senior Manager- Training, Corporate Connect and Social Media.

A committed professional with a total of 26 years of experience, Sachin Mistry has over 18 years of active experience in handling end‐to‐end activities in developing and implementing, social media, branding, events and public relations, to promote brand Kohinoor Education Trust (KET) and MET League of Colleges across print, television and electronic media. He is currently working as a Sr. Manager – MARCOM, Events, Branding, PR & Social Media at KET for the last 9 years. Moreover, he also has a strong background in the hospitality industry, in areas related to management and supervision of staff, guest relations, reservations and complaints.
KET’s Global Capability College (K-GCC), is a new chapter in the GCC space (Global Capability Building) and has been incepted with the objective of training and developing manpower and offering them assured employment with large organizations, for the growing GCC segment in India.
